	100%	Took my 95 year old Mother (Mrs Lucienne White) to see Mr Kalakonda today to sort out a problem with implants which I thought was going to be an ongoing affair due to a previous practice inefficiency elsewhere. Mr Kalakonda was extremely patient with my Mother and solved the problem instantly there and then. Cannot thank him enough as my Mother is unable to do much but does enjoy going out for meals which was becoming difficult. Thank you for making this such an easy and pleasant experience.
