After having to undergo serious and several treatments which lasted over 14 months and several appointments, I can not speak highly enough of Nigel and his team at Peak Implant. I never heard of the organisation until a family member recommend them. After the first FOC consultation it was clear that Nigel was very professional and extemely good at his vocation. 14 months later I am very happy with the service and level professional shown to me. My expectations were high and were met on all counts. All explanations by Dr Nigel Rosenbaum and the team at the Peak Implant Clinic were thorough and it was particularly reassuring to be provided with a choice of treatment plans with no undue pressure to take any particular one. Strict hygiene protocols were followed at each stage and the post treatment guidance I was required to follow at home was simple but effective in keeping my experience infection free. Writing as a retired health professional I consider good communication to be as important as the treatment and the resolution of a problem and I was highly satisfied with all three.

This visit was for the fitting of a crown to a previously placed implant. As always, I was greeted warmly by staff and seen by Nigel promptly at the time of my appointment. Nigel explained the procedure - this was the fourth implant-retained crown which I have had at Peak Implant Clinic, but it is always reassuring to have the explanation revisited before each. The fitting and adjusting of the crown were done efficiently and effectively and Nigel minimised the potential discomfort by 'numbing up' the area of gum around the implant and crown. The crown was an excellent fit and its colour well-chosen to match adjacent teeth. As ever, Nigel reminded me that he would be happy to see me at short notice should I have any discomfort in the coming days, and he took a 'baseline' x-ray to be compared with one to be taken in 6 months time when further new bone should have grown around the implant.
