Three previous dentists including 2 at St Marks had mentioned that my daughter would require orthodontic treatment when she's older.So when the time came, we saw this rude,short tempered and unfriendly Indian female orthodontist. Prior to that w e had already seen a male orthodontist at St Marks who advised us of the care plan for my daughter.Unfortunately at the next apptmt, we saw this female dentist.She kept asking us why my daughter needs orthodontic treatment and wasn't happy when I said that that was the recommendations from 3 dentists.She tried to blame my daughter saying all teenagers wanted to look like Angeline Jolie.Excuse me? This woman is more obsessed with AJ than the two of us put together!When I questioned why the treatment has changed from what was originally planned, she became furious and rudely told us we can go somewhere else. My daughter became frightened and burst into tears upon leaving the practice.I maintained my politeness at all times even though this woman tried to belittle us...after all we were under NHS care.I have done no wrong apart from asking why there was a change in the care! To cut the story short, our dentist at the same practice wrote to a different orthodontist of my choice. It was such a relief to be treated by a professional and he carried out the same treatment as the first male orthodontist had planned without us even mentioning anything. We're very pleased with the result and glad we changed orthodontist.This man is also an orthodontics examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh so we know my daughter is in good hands!

I was very disappointed to hear about the unfortunate events with dr krstic in 2007 after I had a root canal done by him in 2010, because he was brilliant and did such a good job. He was gentle and skilled. What else could i say? - very unfortunate. I would have liked to have been able to keep him as my dentist.
