My issue with this dental centre is not because of my treatment ive had no problems in that aspect, but the reception staff are rude, argumentative and talk to you as if you were beneath them. I was 4 minutes late for my appointment today and the receptionist argued over my appointment time telling me an incorrect time when they clearly had written on my card and left a message on my phone stating the time, this is the 4th time they have got my appointment times wrong and never accept responsibility, Because of this she felt the need to humilate me in front of a waiting room full of people and although i was firm i was incredibly polite despite being treated appallingly. How she keeps her job i will never know!!!! go somewhere else there are better dentists in the area.

I would like to thank all of the staff at Oradent Kent Limited for helping me with my dental problems. The staff were always courteous and always had smiles on their faces. I saw Dr Ramini who was very kind and explained fully the treatment that I needed. I was mre than happy to have my treatment here, and would recommend them.

I was very happy with the service I received by Edvin. I have been his patient for a long time and do not wish to change at all. He and his staff are always very polite and courteous and always willing to help with a smile. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family without a doubt.

I went for my appointment today, suffering with severe tooth ache which has been constant for over 5 months now, and was told, after paying £110 of the £450 fee, that the side of my mouth giving me the most pain would be completly pain free and i would endure no more suffering!! Now 5 hours later i am in 100 times more pain and am forced into having to pay for EMERGENCY dental treatment which i was guarenteed should have been fixed with my appointment today!! I am not happy in the slightest!! And only now having checked the website (which is non-exsistent, and i find very strange after Dr Edvin Ramini reassured me constantly how much of a highly educated, skilled and qualified dentist practioner he is) is apparantly ment to offer a high standard, low cost dental treatment! Which they have met none!! The situation i am in now is alot worse!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
