I went to Barkhill Dental Clinic approximately four years ago. I had a major phobia of dentists! The staff there treated me very well and Dr Ian Wellings was patient and understanding with me. I had little confidence in myself because of the state of my teeth! Half of them were missing and the remaining ones were loose and ugly! Any photos of myself showed me with my mouth firmly closed! I had surgery under anaesthetic to fit implant posts to my bottom jaw to support lovely natural looking teeth which did not rock about. I had a normal denture at the top. As technology moved on, I recently had gold implant posts fitted which are even better. It has made such a difference to my life. I look years younger and I am very confident now and everyone thinks they are my own teeth! I still have a small hang up about dentists but it is now manageable. All the staff there are very friendly and treat me as a friend! I would recommend this practice to anyone. The coffee is good too!
