The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. However, I was most embarrassed for her when the dentist shouted at her and blamed her for not checking whether I was an NHS patient, and then telling me that she would not have bothered with the treatment as I'm not a private fee paying patient or claiming benefits.
I have since changed surgery.
