Would not reccomend.
Waiting times are unacceptable i found myself waiting 45mins after my appointment to be seen although reception staff were curteous enough to apolgise for the waiting time and keep me informed on how long he would be the dentist still sat me in the surgery and made me wait another 20mins before he saw me.
As a new patient and also being nervous of the dentist i did not expect this to be my first impression. I was then told i needed a crown and immediately taken to the next surgery to have this done but spent another half hour waiting for him to numb me up. At my next visit i asked to be seen on time and preferably first appt in the day or after lunch, He still managed to walk in 20 mins late and said he had run late although there was no patients before me he was extremely rude to me at my last visit however i attended as i had paid the amount of my treatment in full at my previous appointment.
I would not reccomend this surgery in my opinion.
