The initial check up consisted of a very quick tap tap tap of the odd tooth. It was clearly going through the motions activity. Went back for removal of tooth. Still in pain a week later so went back. Guess what had removed the wrong tooth. Proceeded to remove correct tooth and parting comment was pay on your way out.
