Seem a bit amateurish in that they sometimes they do not respond to phone messages and take a long time to answer the phone (you can be trying for hours. They also keep records on you that they refuse to let you see. It appears ok for them to keep you waiting for 20 mins without an apology even when you are the first appointment of the day and then they tell you that you will have to make another appointment for any treatment as they have ran out of time!
