I've had a fear of dentists due to an incident a long time ago & hadn't been for some time. the treatment I needed was explained very well ,the staff were all friendly and put me at ease. The work was carried out very efficiently & I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there was no real pain. All in all they have helped me overcome my fear and would not hesitate in going back .

I have been attending Gentle Dental for over 5 years and have always found the service and treatment provided by Ms Lalani to be to be excellent. Jenny the administator is always very accommodating and able to find a suitable appointment time for me and I always receive a warm welcome at the surgery.
Ms Lalani is an excellent dentist and the treatment really lives up to the name of 'Gentle Dental'.

I have been afraid of Dentists and have been so since the 50's. This is the first dentist that has made me feel at ease explained everything on NHS and private care and in my case pointed me towards NHS treatment as it would have been the same as the recommended private care, but cheaper. The dentist explained my treatment as we went along and has been the most gentle dentist with treatment I have ever experienced. My grand children feel the same. Hence Gentle Dental Care, it suits them.
Overall the dental staff are professional and efficient. The reception staff have all been very good, professional and efficient reminding me of appointments and check up's and phoning me to see if I am satisfied after a big treatment where I had suffered offering me a return visit if required, non was though. Non of us are perfect and those that feel they are, well, look in the mirror . Anyway "Thank You" Gentle Dental Care. I will see you all again and would recommend Gentle Dental Care to anyone.

I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A DENTIST THAT COVERS EVERYTHING ON THE NHS AND PROVIDES EXCELLENT CARE AND EFFICIENT DENTISTRY.The dentist takes the time to explain the options and procedures and always has the patience to relax an anxious patient like me! All treatment including scaling and polishing has always been covered on the NHS and the pressure of private treatment has never been applied.Would thoroughly recommend.

Gentle Dental are a fantastic small NHS detnal practise in Pimlico. I have a terror of dentists . Dentist Sheena and receptionist Jenny are incredibly friendly warm and caring people. Sheena is a great dentist who genuinely wants to make treatment as gentle as possible. I very highly recommend them.
