No.65 The Dental Surgery - Paul Baker
About Paul Baker
Paul qualified from Guy's Hospital London in 1992, after which he lived for 3 years in Australia where he spent some time practicing dentistry for the Aboriginal Medical service.
He has been the principle dentist at No.65 The Dental Surgery since 1998 and in 2010 was pleased to welcome Mark Durnall as his partner at the practice. Paul is experienced in all aspects of dentistry. He is passionate about providing an excellent standard of dental care, and has a strong belief that teeth should be kept for life. He uses an intraoral camera and the latest digital x rays to help patients understand their teeth and any necessary treatment. Paul is particularly interested in implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
As a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, he has gained a lot of experience, placing implants since 2004. He keeps his skills and knowledge cutting-edge by regularly attending postgraduate courses in the UK, and has also completed further training in Europe and South Africa.
He has a special interest in the advantages of the Bicon short implant system. He is also experienced in using the Ankylos and Implantium implant systems. Aside from dentistry Paul is a keen surfer and cyclist and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.
