About Nicholas Butcher

My name is Nick Butcher and I’m one of the newest additions to Fairland’sDental Clinic. I have recently graduated from Newcastle University and amexperienced in all types of clinical work. I will be working to a further diplomaand then Masters qualification next year in association with my managingdeanery. Having spent numerous weeks on oral surgery rotations it is currentlyan area of interest to me and I intend to branch out into this and other areas ofdentistry as much as possible. My free time is spent being as active as possible, I’m a keen sport participantand enjoy winding down in the gym, doing ju-jitsu or playing football. I’m also anRYA qualified sailing instructor, powerboat driver and ICC holder for yachts up to10 meters, and have spent a few weeks volunteering on the S.T.S Leeuwin II, abarquentine ship that works with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
