About Navdeep Kaur

After passing the qualifying examination (General Dental Council – UK) in 2006, Nav worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln County Hospital for 18 months. During this time, she gained extensive experience in dento-alveolar surgery and after further expanding her knowledge and skills went on to gain Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2008. Nav then joined general practice, doing her Vocational Dental Training in Llangollen under the North Wales Scheme, and then after a short time working in practice elsewhere Nav was head hunted back to Llangollen where she has worked until recently. She has recently completed a year long course in “Smile Designing and Aesthetic Dentistry” conducted by Dr Paul Tipton, one of the most respected dentists in the UK. Nav is a member of the BDA and regularly attends courses to keep abreast with the latest developments in dentistry. She lives in Chester with her husband Amar and daughter Sophia. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going for long walks.
