About Margaret Carruthers

I qualified BDS from Glasgow University in 1966, and since then have worked as a dental practitioner in the Glasgow area, and in Glasgow Dental Hospital, in both Adult and Child Dental Care. Having completed BSMDH Hypnosis training in 1996, I am now fully accredited to both BSMDH (Scotland) and to the European Society for Hypnosis. Over the past 9 years I have further developed my interest in the uses of hypnotherapy particularly in relation to bruxism and the management of dental anxiety, and have also been involved in the teaching of hypnosis skills to dental practitioners.
