When I first joined this dental practice I was impressed with the service provided by both the reception staff & the dentists themselves. However, my opinion has slipped lower and lower since then - Over the past 2 years every routine appointment I made was cancelled by the centre. The only time I have been able to see my own dentist was during my initial visit.
In November I did manage to get an emergency appointment (the dentist I saw is not listed here)where I was told I would need root canal surgery, but booking the treatment meant waiting nearly six weeks. This morning I received a call from the centre and, yes, you've guessed it - they cancelled my treatment, though this time they did let me reschedule over the phone - I now have to wait til the middle of february. Here's hoping the pain & infection (the reason for the treatment in the first place)don't become unbearable & lead to me losing the tooth.
If you can actually get to see a dentist at this practice they are very helpful, caring and professional. I just wish I could actually get seen. I think it's time to find a new dentist. :( |
