About Lana Gilchrist

I trained at the University of Sydney, Australia, and graduated in 1991, moving to the UK in 1997. I have worked mainly in private practice and took over Cornhill Dental Centre in 2003. I hoped to realise my dream of a high quality practice, that put the needs of my patients first and provided them with comfortable and innovative treatment. I pride myself on the fact that my team and I are constantly keeping up to date, honing our skills and utilising new technologies and techniques. When at home, I love walking in the countryside, curling up with a good book and am still trying to overcome my reputation as the world’s worst gardener.
