I went to Phoenix Dental Practice a year ago to have a filling put in. twelve months later it fell out. I tried to get an emergency appointment but was told I had to wait 3 days with a hole in my mouth leaving me in pain. When I went in they told me that I needed a larger filling but this may fall out and a crown had to be fitted. They charged me £50 without a clean and 2 weeks later it fell out. I tried again for a quick appointment but waited a further 3 days. I decided to go somewhere else locally to get another opinion. I went to london road dentist who showed me the filling had fallen out due to it not being cleaned and fixed properly and a crown was not needed. I Paid £47 had it cleaned properly, brushed and new one fitted.
I feel completely ripped off by the Phoenix Dentist and would never go back. The receptionist has a really bad attitude every time I spoke to her.
