Due to a failure of the practice to send reminders (other than by text and I don't have a mobile phone)...or to notify of missed appointments... or to rearrange cancelled appointments promptly... I only saw a hygienist once in 2019. I was unaware of any of this until at the recent appointment the hygienist said I hadn't been for over a year. That turned out not to be true, but I certainly hadn't been as frequently as I should have been and that is why I have marked the scheduling as very poor. .

Julie is very good at explaining what she needs to do and makes the experience a good one. Her comments are very positive and her concern to keep my teeth in good health is very obvious!
I'd recommend her to anyone.

Julie is always a pleasure to see; her warm welcome (including her assistant) and general easy going nature to help settle me in and through-out. Julie always describes and explains her steps in the hygienist treatment she delivers.

I am always made to feel welcome by julie. She is polite and friendly and explains what she is doing and why. The dentist is always clean and tidy.

My only comment is that on arrival for the dentist and hygienist I was ask to complete a comprehensive updated patient information form. Some of the information was not to hand and was not 'in my head'.
It would be helpful if I was contacted beforehand with the details required so that I could have them to hand to bring on the day.
