I believe you may be the lady who saw my two boys at a dentist in Knaresborough. If so, I was hoping to follow you to your new practice as you were so good with them. The count down during treatment was really helpful to my older one and they both were very interested in all the tools you showed them - it took all the scariness out of the visit for them.
