I have been using this dentist for approx 22 years and this is the first and last time I have been seen by Mr lacey. He was texting a member of his family while I waited laying in the chair, telling the dental nurse that someone had sickness and diarrhoea, the last thing you want to hear when someone is about to put their fingers in your mouth! He was very rough with his examination pressing his arms and body on my head. He failed to wear a mask, thus breathing his coffee breath and germs all over my face and open mouth...yuk! Also, I wasn't given the protective goggles to wear which is standard now. This is a very poor way in which to be treated. I would strongly recommend not to use him and will be taking this further.
