About Jessica Parmar
Jessica, joined The art of Dentistry in 2014. Originally from Yorkshire, she moved down South to train at Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in London, qualifying in 2006.
She has since worked in cosmetic dental practices in both Essex and central London, providing both general and cosmetic dentistry, improving her patients’ mouths, maintaining their good oral health and transforming patient smiles.
Jessica is committed to continual further education. She gained her postgraduate qualification, MJDF, from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2011, and more recently completed year long training with the prestigious Michael Wise education programme, improving her knowledge and skills in high end restorative dentistry and evidence-based dental care.
She has a keen interest in providing general dentistry, especially crown/bridge work and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, replacing old, tired silver fillings to white fillings (where indicated), and teeth whitening. She is also an experienced Invisalign provider (to provide teeth straightening with clear aligner technology).
Her priority is to provide high quality dentistry in a very gentle and relaxing manner, allowing patients to feel at ease at all times. She has a warm, caring and friendly nature, and aims to always leave her patients with a bright, confident and healthy smile.
Outside the practice, Jessica has recently got married and is settling into her new life in Colchester. Her hobbies include cooking, swimming and travelling to new places!
