I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Oguz. He was very informative and explained my dental problem clearly and explained all the options that were available for treatment. His conduct was one that I would expect being competent and professional. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time and the scheduling process was very smooth with text messages being sent to my mobile phone reminding me of appointment date and time. I scored cleanliness a 4 and not giving it a top mark and this is because of the general wear and tear of the premises rather than hygiene.
