	96%	As I was having treatment for cancer there was only a small window during which I could have dental work for a broken tooth which needed a crown. Both receptionist and dental staff were extremely helpful and understanding and the work was done in the required time.
	80%	This definitely isnt the poshest looking dental surgery around, but the staff are polite and pleasant, the surroundings are clean and the dentists seem to know what they are doing. I have been here for 4 years now and have had no reason to complain.
	76%	We had to wait for over an hour for our appointment. No one expects to go in exactly on time, but this was ridiculous. The receptionist was very apologetic. But, if you are short of dentists, you shouldn't schedule all the patients. You expect us to phone you if we are going to be late, how about you phoning us to tell us you're running late?
