About Gillian Pozzi

Dr Gillian Pozzi is a dedicated practitioner with a caring and focused attitude. Her many patients often state that it's her ability to build trust and understanding that have helped them to have the best dental experience ever. Dr Pozzi graduated from the University of Dundee in 2002 before undertaking a 2 year period of training in the west of Scotland. During this period she gained valuable experience in both hospital and practice environments. She then spent 2 years in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery based in the Forth Valley - a fabulous experience allowing Dr Pozzi to treat patients under local anaesthetic, IV Sedation and general anaesthetic. The surgical skill and knowledge she acquired has proved invaluable throughout her career. She developed her cosmetic interest while working in Dublin and has invested in many postgraduate courses to extend her knowledge. These courses have enabled her to become an accredited provider of Inman Aligner, 6MonthSmiles and Clearstep, and given her a good insight of implant dentistry. Dr Pozzi is committed to continuing professional development and completed the MFDS qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2004. She became a member of the BACD in 2007, and is a regular deligate at their conferences.
