	100%	although no-one really likes going to the dentist, it's now a much better experience than it has been in the past, thanks to Elaine and her collegaues at Cerne Close.
	96%	By far the best Dental Practice and Dentist I have ever been to. Elaine always ensures absolute comfort whilst carrying out my treatment. The Reception staff are welcoming and friendly as are the Dental Nurses so I would just like to say a huge thank you!

	92%	As far as Dentists go, Elaine is one of the best, have been going to her for a considerable time now. Her timing keeping has alsways been an issue, but no-one really objects, in fact it is treated as something of a joke and is part of her character
	76%	I had been a very nervous patient due to the fact I've had a lot of treatment done over the years some by, some horrible dentists, that was until I went to Inspired and met Elaine and the team. They are all very welcoming and patient, and I can honestly say I have had nothing but PAIN FREE TREATMENT. Elaine even removed a tooth and I never felt a thing, didn't know it was done. I would honestly sit all day. Because of the extent of the work I have had done in the past I like to keep on top of my dental plan and treatment. However of late it has been difficult to get an appointment with Elaine, with planned appointments being cancelled at last minute for a variety of reasons, and now my treatment being referred to a 'specialist' why I don't know. And with the ever increasing costs, sadly I regret I may have to look elsewhere.
	88%	very caring and helped you to relax and have confidence in the dentist and dental nurse. Gave right level of information of the treatment and what was happening at each stage. Aldo it was good to feel that they had the time to treat you and did not feel at all rushed. Good aftercare package, the phone call later in the day is appreciated and shows a excellent patient care package
