I have been with this practice for a while now and have always found everyone very helpful and friendly. My treatment with Mr Barsby has been very good and painfree. (unlike my previous dentists). I have encouraged my family to transfer here and they also say how good it is.

I did not have a good experince at this practice. I found the dentist patronising, rude and unhelpful. I felt both disrespeced and very de-valued. I have to say the dental nurse was friendly and professional, but agree with the other review about the receptionists. Some basic training on social skills and active listning wouldn't be a waste of funds!
