All the staff at the practice are helpful, welcoming and put me at ease. I wouldn't have stayed with the practice for over 25 years if I was dissatisfied with the service.

I am so glad I was recommended to Chris Lee just over a year ago. I class myself as a nervous patent and Chris and his team have made me feel very at ease on every visit. I find him to be very down to earth and always professional. He always takes time to fully discuss and explain any dental procedures that may be required. I have been with Chris and his team for many years both myself and my two young daughters. I value this practice so much that when I moved to Yorkshire I took the active decision to stay with the practice. Whilst this means a 200 mile round trip, it's worth it for the care I receive. I 'look forward' to my visits. During some recent treatment Chris went the extra mile and even texted me to ensure all was well. Special mention must also go to Sara, his very able right hand woman! After many years of avoiding going to the dentist because of bad advice, a friend told me about Chris at this practice. I can genuinely say that after that initial visit I have been going to the dentist ever since. Chris and his team were so kind, patient and understanding about my phobias, and did not make me feel foolish in anyway. I have been with Chris and his team for many years now - after a lifelong fear of dentists (+30yrs). I cannot say enough about how fantastic they are - their customer service is amazing, the level of care they give is fantastic and I have total confidence in what they say, do and advise. From having a fear of dentists to going every 3 months for quality check ups and hygienist work I can say that going to my dentist is now a pleasure (as much as it can be !)

Myself,wife and family have used Mr.Lee for in excess of 30 years. we have found that the service levels delivered by Mr.Lee and his team to be excellent. The style is easy going and relaxing,while always being professional. Possibly the closest thing to an "enjoyable" visit to a dentist that you will get!
